Registration Process

To get registered, you have to fill the application form provided along with the prospectus. Student can buy the prospectus from only our authorized study center and take admission in any of our JKCSM Authorized Study Centre. Read the prospectus carefully and keep it till you complete your course to abreast yourself with the Rules & Regulation there in to clear any doubts you get at any time. JKCSM Centre provides all the Basic, Professional, University and other courses run by the Government bodies. All the option must be filled and student can submit their form on our Authorized study centers.

Enclosures With The Application Form :

• Photo copy of Aadhaar card.
• Two recent passport size photographs.
• Photo copy of last educational qualification.
• Category Certificate (OBC/ST/SC/Handicapped) to be submitted to get relaxation in the fee as per the JKCSM fee structure

Transfer Of Centre :

• A student can apply for transfer of authorized JKCSM Centre.

Examination Process

JKCSM has introduced both online and offline examination system. The enrolled students can apply for examination at ASC after completion of course/module.

Examination Types :

• Single Examination System (SES): For the courses having one modulecertificate courses.
• Module wise Examination System (MES): For the courses having more than one Module Courses. The details of the module papers, marks can be collected at your ASC.

Examination Procedure :

• Examination will be conducted every month at your JJCSM Authorized Study Center.
• The pattern of exam will be of objective type.
• Details i.e. dates of examination, timings/session will be according to the time when the examination form was filled up. The duration of examination will be of 60 Minutes.
• Theory examinations will comprise of 60 questions of 1 mark each. There is no negative marking.
• Practical Exam will carry total 40 Marks, 20 Marks for Lab Practice & 20 Marks for Viva.
